WE NEED YOUR HELP TO OPEN UP OUR FIRST SHASHLIK HOUSE!

Past 1,5 years have been a real rollercoaster for us and Dirty Crunch. When we decided to go for it, we never in our dreams thought Croydon community will accept us with open arms. Not going to lie, at first we were shocked to actually find so many caring individuals, so many small business, such a great community. But boy, how lucky we have been to have such a support around us! Croydon has helped us to grow, learn and do better every day. 

And it is time for a new one! We have managed to secure a spot in a new street food market place – Lalaland in Shoreditch, opening very shortly. And we really need your help to make this a success. 

For those who do not know, shashlik is really delicious meat skewers grilled over a charcoal BBQ.  Very famous dish served across Northern & Eastern Europe during summer holidays.

We aim to turn this classic summer BBQ dish into a crowd-pleasing meal. Tender cubes of meat served along with fresh salad, topped with homemade dressings and crunchy pickles.

WHAT IS THE BEST PART OF THIS? It will be available all year round, not just at our Shashlik House, but also at your trendy GARDEN PARTIES (BYOB). 

We have done many things behind the scenes to achieve this, but Covid over past few months has really affected our cashflow. We have had to delay several projects and reschedule our trading places. And as you might know, we are a self-funded family business, and would really appreciate your support. This money will go towards purchasing catering equipment (fridges, freezers, etc) and getting our stall pretty AF.
