Aim: We want older people in our community to live well with dementia. To have meaningful and enjoyable experiences.
Live Well With Dementia
The number of people living with Dementia in our community is ever increasing.
We want to ensure that people living with Dementia are able to have meaningful and enjoyable experiences with family and friends.
We will support them to go on day trips, outings and trips to the theatre or cinema.
We will also provide a range of weekly activities to help maintain or improve their condition such as social groups, craft clubs, love to move, reminiscence activities and day care services. Giving people living with Dementia and opportunity to come together and make new friends and providing respite for their carers.
Our staff and volunteers will all be DBS checked and appropriately trained.
We want a better world for anyone living with Dementia and to enable them to live later life well.
