Dementia, Carer & Volunteer Support

On behalf of Age Exchange, I would like to thank you for your donation. Your donation to our Dementia, Carer & Volunteer Support project will make a great contribution to our work in supporting older people and their carers to reduce isolation and loneliness while improving their well-being.

 With your help we have raised a total of £2,494. The money raised can help us to fund;-

•  A group reminiscence arts session for up to 84 people with dementia and their family carers
• An afternoon of targeted dementia activities
• An activity box for one couple
