Dartmouth Caring’s objective is to support those in need and vulnerable people in Dartmouth and the surrounding villages. We do this by providing a range of services that allow us to take an holistic approach to clients’ needs.
Our aim is to enable people to live happy and vibrant lives, connecting those who are isolated to others and improving health & well-being within our community. We provide a range of 20+ services, including:
- patient transport,
- memory cafes,
- lunch clubs,
- Home Help service
- signposting of services such as plumbers and electricans
- palliative and oncology care,
- Young Dartmouth
- specialist dementia nursing,
- benefit and housing advice
- shopping, prescription delivery and others.
