I bring a background in business and a deep commitment to quality, leading a team with expertise across supply chain management, retail, and sustainable growth. Together, we’re building a fully integrated coffee operation that minimizes waste, enhances quality, and maximizes profitability.
Our vision is to establish a new model for coffee production and distribution. By adopting a decentralized approach, each of our locations will operate as both a roasting and retail hub, ensuring freshness and consistency while reducing reliance on international supply chains. Over the next five years, we aim to open 40 stores across the UK, creating hubs of quality and sustainability in every community we reach.
The funds we raise will be vital in achieving this vision. We’ll invest in local roasting equipment, build robust supply chain processes, and implement advanced quality control systems. Every store will be outfitted to roast and serve locally, allowing us to deliver freshly roasted coffee right to our customers while supporting UK-based suppliers.
Our project meets this need with a scalable, franchise-ready model focused on quality, efficiency, and local production. By establishing decentralized roasting hubs at each location, we’re building a vertically integrated system that reduces waste and enhances profitability.
