Helen and Douglas house-50 miles in November

I am raising money for a charitable cause that is very important to me so please donate and help me reach my target in aid of Helen & Douglas House. Anything you can contribute towards helping me achieve my target will be massively appreciated. This charity has impacted my life massively because my mum has worked there for 16 years and HDH has helped one of my closest friends. Helen & Douglas house is an amazing charity that helps terminally ill children live there lives to the fullest even though this time may only be short. HDH helps everyone in the family not only the child, they offer sibling support and days out and parent support groups.

• £10 will help pay for respite care
• £30 will help pay for a sibling to be supported through difficult times
• £50 will help pay for a nurse to visit a child at home for end-of-life-care
• £100 will help pay for specialist medical care or end-of-life care

I will be cycling walking, running and rowing my 50 miles over the course of 2 days all around oxford.
