The Charity runs The COATS Centre in Crowthorne, Berkshire which is a day centre that provides companionship, home cooked meals and stimulating activities for older people from around the local area. COATS offers a minibus service to pick up visitors with reduced mobility from their own homes and take them to the Centre, dropping them back at their homes at the end of the day. The Charity also runs the successful COATS charity shop in Crowthorne High Street that sells a wide range of donated items to help fund our day centre.

COATS runs a day centre for older persons who live in the Crowthorne, Bracknell and Wokingham Without areas of Berkshire. Each day we run a minibus service to bring visitors to the Centre to join others who make their own way there.
We offer a bright, friendly, supportive environment at the COATS Centre where we provide entertainment, companionship and a healthy 3 course lunch for our Visitors.
The Centre acts as a meeting place for our local Visitors, a place where they can receive help and advice to support their day to day needs and also it provides respite care for some families who look after their older relatives.
The Centre is now fully re-open following an extended period of closure and then limitations on numbers attending. Our full time, committed staff are there to welcome our visitors 5 days a week.
