Provision of storage accommodation for fishermen in the village of Hope Cove

CONSTANCE EMILY CROWDY TRUST

The Constance Emily Crowdy Trust was formed in 1926 when Constance died and left the Fishermen's Stores to the Village to be used by local Fishermen. There are 4 stores, all of which have been occupied over the years by various local folk who have worked boats from out of the Cove.

The trustees have recently completed the registration of the Title with Land Registry which has incurred some legal costs. This has entailed some tireless legal work and a huge amount of generosity.

We would like to raise some additional funds to both pay our legal bills and to carry out some maintenance on the upkeep of the stores to keep them in good shape for the next 100 years.
