Setting up as a deal sourcer is a path that many people follow in the UK as an independent trader; I am taking this one step further and will obtain NAPSA accreditation which means I operate to the highest standards and in full legal compliance.

As the company grows, extra staff will enable me to design a franchising programme that allows more people to create regional sourcing businesses; we will act as the hub and connect responsible sourcers in towns across the UK with sellers in the market enabling them to achieve a swift and equitable sale of their property.

Profits from the company will go back into housing investments that provide people with safe and warm homes. With many landlords selling homes and evicting innocent tenants, this is an opportuniy to prove safe and energy efficient homes for those in need.
