New stretch target
With the extra money, we can look at coatings of leasing a van to support with collecting donations and delivering aid to Connect Aid.
The aim of this project is to raise funds for various reasons to support our cause. Most importantly good and basic essentials.

Hi!
We are a small team set up at the beginning of the Russian war with Ukraine. We are a group of people who have worked together previously within the homelessness sector and work well together in crisis.
We completed a first trip to the border in March, where a team of three took a van full of essential items, camp beds and sleeping bags. From there the momentum grew and we are inundated with donations to be sent to Ukraine.
We are currently in the process of registering ourselves as a CIC. However there are costs that have crept up on us as we have developed.
Importantly, our main aim is to get aid and food to the most needed places to ensure that those who’ve been displaced by war are being fed and supported. We’ve heard stories of people making to the border but when arriving they are dying because they are so malnourished. This is where we are focusing our attentions now.
However, to allow us to be able to do this, we need to have access to a vehicle (van), storage space, money for fuel, etc. We have recently linked in with an amazing organisation called Connect Aid, who are transporting our goods to Poland. We are planning to meet the first load there and support to distribute. Therefore there are additional costs for flights and hire of a van in Poland.
We ideally want to be able to purchase pallets of food in bulk at cheaper prices and get it sent directly to where it’s needed.
This is where we need your support. Every share, contribution and donation helps.
