Our vision is to bring counselling, workshops and support groups to families, children, young people and adults.
Our focus is face to face support and with online options available as well.
we aim cover issues such as anxiety, stress, bereavement, bullying. abuse, family separations and much more.
In addition we would like to offer clubs to bring communities together, for both children and families with the aim to build support groups inside and out of the centre and opportunities to meet like minded people.
We would also be offering jobs and supporting newly qualified professionals to help them get experience and support after training (there are limited placements in this area).
Where we need help -
We have all the things in place to run this life changing services for children, young people and adults. But we do not have the fund to set it up. If we could raise this money it would mean everything!
the money would be used for:-
- building work to create individual and family counselling rooms, hall for group workshops (currently the premise is one open space so would need partitioned walls which also need to be sound proofed. )
- New flooring
- Ceiling made safer.
- General painting and decoration of rooms
- Toys /indoor climbing frames for children clubs and to make it somewhere they will want to come and to play while waiting.
- desks/chairs/office stationary/phones/printers
- cutlery/cups/saucers etc
- security system / intercoms / safety alarms
- new sign
