I wanted to do a sponsored activity that really challenges me, and running is probably the thing I would least like to do, so I am going to do that.
I am going to follow the NHS couch to 5k plan over the next 2 months, and then conclude it with a 5K park run in Manchesters Alexander Park on 15th July.
