CORRECTING A LAW COURT FAULT

Aim: My aim is to remove doubt about the contents of envelopes sent out by the law courts.

I received some plain white window envelopes over the course 2024 and early 2025 and did not give them serious attention. They were eventually followed by a clear plastic envelope which read in the top left corner 'Notice of Eviction'. I had two weeks in which I had to vacate MY home. I did so without a fight but kept thinking positively. Now having thought about my situation I have decided to Crowdfund a campaign to correct the flaw in the legal system which allows legal paperwork to be hidden in plain white window envelopes. 

All hand-delivered law court paperwork must be sent in clear plastic envelopes(it's hand-delivered so should not go astray) and if a notice of eviction is delivered it must include a largely filled in N244 appeal document plus a similarly largely filled in N161 late appeal document with a solicitor already assigned. Much time is or can be lost looking for the N244, never mind the N161, as well as that solicitor.
