The biggest challenge I’m facing is securing the funds to rent a commercial space where I can prepare and sell my food. The cost of renting the premises is £25 per hour, and to cover a 6-month period, I need to raise £600. Additionally, I need £400 to cover the cost of gas for cooking during this period. This space and these resources are crucial for turning my passion into a thriving business.
