Contested Divorce

Had been married for 15 years, but I would like to severe the relationship entirely by getting divorced, in order to move on with my life.  It was a very difficult relationship, with my husband (I believe) to have Narcissistic Personality Disorder.  Having NPD, my husband likes to be in control and to win at all costs, even if that means destroying me.  My health has taken a hit, due to extreme stress, and I am now classed as disabled, together with having Fibromyalgia.  I was a school teacher and qualified Counsellor, but at the moment my mobility prevents me from doing much.  My husband decided to leave me for someone else, because of my mobility issues and leave me (and my daughter) with nothing financially or in assets. I am currently receiving Benefits and am not able to get Legal Aid for solicitor costs, which I now need to obtain in order to go to court, as my husband has refused to do Mediation, twice now, and never will do it. Thank you for helping me at this very difficult time in my life, made more-so by a vindictive and controlling husband.
