Contacted bank, media without success

Privately sponsored Ukraoinian.  Air fare was arranged and forwarded by transfer company, then on eve of flight recalled the money on suspicion of fraud.  This caused loss of job and accommodation as he exxpected to leave the country.  was seriously assaulted in street fight and transferred to Polish hospital.  It then came to light that he had inherited  an appartment.  The lawyer arranged sale and raised €62,000 which he was to send to me.  However he did not deduct inheritance tax and the transfer was blocked.  Peter is now in a refugee camp in Germany and getting help from an excellent German Lawyer.  All documents are completed, but German citizenship as required for release of the inheritance.  Despite all kinds of enquires the  money was not raised. Time is very short now  before he is forced back to Ukraine where his life is in imminent danger.  Your help would be extremely valuable in saving his life and allowing resettlement in Scotland.
