We are taking on a challenge to conquer the 3 tallest mountains in the UK to help support communities through complimentary exercise.

by Fitness Rush Community in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom

The Fitness Rush team made up of between 8 and 12 individuals are embarking on an extraordinary journey over 3 days midway through 2025—one that tests not just physical endurance but also mental strength. Each of the three tallest mountains in Scotland symbolides a personal challenge: anxiety, past trauma, greif or addiction. By conquering these peaks, we aim to show that with the right mindset, any obstacle can be overcome.

Your support will help us achieve something transformative. Funds raised will enable us to install a cutting-edge body composition analyser and blood pressure machine in our newest mobile facility.

These tools will empower us to continue delivering free exercise programs to communities across Cambridgeshire and beyond.

Your donation has a far-reaching impact—not only helping us meet our goals but also providing life-changing health assessments.

These assessments could reveal critical health issues early, giving individuals the chance to take action and improve their lives.

Meet 2 of our brave pioneers.

Liam and Catherine are inspiring adventurers who have overcome significant personal challenges and now dedicate their lives to helping others.

Liam transformed his struggles with alcohol addiction and eating disorders into a mission for wellness. By embracing fitness as a tool for recovery, he founded Fitness Rush, an initiative that offers free health support to communities across the UK. His journey stands as a testament to the power of resilience and purpose.

Catherine brings a deeply personal perspective to her work. Having experienced over a decade of homelessness and substance dependency, she has turned her life around, now 16 months sober. As a director of Fitness Rush CIC, Catherine uses her lived experience to guide others, showing how exercise change lives.

Join us in making a difference. Help us conquer the peaks with your kind support.
