• The Promoter is Derby County Community Trust (DCCT), 14 Pride Point Drive, Derby, DE241 8BX.
• Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
• Entry is open to anyone (18 years or over) worldwide, except employees of the Promoters (DCCT), their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the draw.
• Entrants may enter a maximum of 5 times per shirt.
• To enter, make a pledge on this project, and then select a reward to indicate how many entries you would like.
• Entrants can pledge to this campaign without entering the prize draw.
• Following the closing date, the winner will be chosen at random and contacted via email to claim their prize.
• If the winner does not respond within 2 weeks, the next winner will be chosen at random and emailed.
• Entrants are advised to check their spam folder to avoid missing notifications.
• By entering this draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter only for the purposes of administration of this draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
• Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoters Privacy Statement.
• The promoter may disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these terms and conditions (in the Promoters opinion), or who, in the Promoters determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants.
• If for any reason the prize cannot be sourced , a similar prize will be offered.
