Community land on the Allotment upgrade

Aim: This is a community plot on one of council allotments. The aim is to take care of this land and provide wildlife with water and food resourc

• This plot has been neglected for a while and overgrown with unwanted weeds. It is the most shaded place on the allotments and would be best to relax and cool down on a hot day. 

The idea is to purchase bulk of wood chippings to cover path and walking grounds. Refresh soil with fresh compost around fruit trees and plant beneficial wildflowers for pollinators.

There is a willow tree strangling a plum tree. Willow tree has to be removed and instead hopefully we could build water feature for wild life.

Build a bird feeder and bug hotel.

All this is planned with wild life in mind to work with envoiment.
