Whitleigh Community Trust’s ethos and values is to create a caring, compassionate learning community, which seeks to improve the well-being of our community, supporting their growing confidence as well as supporting the achievement of their aspirations. This is achieved by being truly resident led, by being welcoming, inclusive of all residents and respectful of each other. 
We have helped to forge strong bonds and is part of the wider community working co-operatively together. This doesn’t mean we don’t have fallouts, we’ve just learnt that we are stronger together so we work hard to find solutions.
Having a minibus for our community will be beneficial to our community. We will be able to reach out to residents that live on the outskirts of the estate that have no way of getting to us, this making more inclusivity and help Looking out for the well-being and mental well-being of our residents and helping improve their lives and create confidence. We will provide residents on low incomes with days trips through the holidays with their children, and our elderly residents will also get trips out of the area. This being something many do not get to do. This also brings the community together to help create a supportive, collaborative and caring community.
