To restore the Coldred Pond to it's former glory!

Coldred Village is a beautiful Hamlet in between Dover and Canterbury. It's villagers are very proud to live here and the community is second to none. At the heart of the village is the Pub and the Pond. Set in the village green our beautiful pond is in need of restoration. The 40 year old liner has done and amazing job and is now required to be replaced so that the wildlife and their vital habitats can be restored and maintained for another 40 years and beyond. The community regularly come together to help fund raise and maintain this beautiful village. We have managed to secure a fantastic grant, which will go a long way towards the £45,000 bill to repair the pond to its former glory but are asking for crowdfunding to find the remaining amount required. We have acquired various quotations and found a fantastic company we know understands the sensitivity of the job in hand. We have created a working group with various qualities to enable us to get this project fulfilled. The pond and village green is enjoyed by more than just locals and hope this can continue for many years to come. Thank you for caring and any help you can give to this project.
