Claremont is raising money for Zoe's Place, Liverpool.
Zoe’s Place is a hospice in West Derby, Liverpool, for children aged 0-5 who are terminally ill or who live with complex illnesses and disabilities.
The care workers and volunteers at Zoe’s place offer palliative and respite care to some of the most vulnerable children in Liverpool, as well as their families, and the work they do is nothing short of heroic, helping the children live as normal, comfortable, and fulfilling lives as possible at their home away from home.
