What happened

Atom Asset Exchange users have contacted the site's customer support to request assistance in recovering their blocked digital assets. They provided additional information and documentation needed to verify the legitimacy of their request and asked for help in unblocking their accounts or resolving any technical issues. Some users also took to social media to pressure the company and call attention to the issue. In some cases, users have sought legal support to resolve the issue.
Class action organized through non-profit
AAX class action non-profit organization was born from the need to recover assets blocked by the platform since to date no one has yet received their money back. Below is the agreement stipulated between the non-profit and the team of English lawyers.

£200000 for the lawyers
£50000 for the Barrister's opinion and crowdfunding fees
