We are free, confidential and impartial advice service. We are an independent charity and part of the national Citizens Advice network. We were founded in 1939 to help the people of Colchester and surrounding areas through difficult circumstances, whatever they may be. We advise on all kinds of issues but at the moment we see many people in trouble with debt, financial problems and difficulties accessing benefits.
