Citizens Advice Central Dorset helps local people in Dorset to resolve the problems that they face. 

We give free, confidential, independent and impartial advice to anyone, regardless of age, disability, ethnic origin, gender, race, religious belief or sexual orientation.

In 2021-22, we helped 7,468 people with 22,518 issues and helped local people to access over £4million in additional income, mainly through welfare benefits. As the Cost of Living crisis deepens, we are seeing more and more people who are struggling to pay their bills, making daily decisions between heating their homes, paying their rent and feeding their families.
