supportersI would like to put together 35 Christmas hampers for my residents at the retirement development that I work at to lift their spirits.

- I feel privileged to be able to work alongside the most amazing and kindest people I have ever met.
They have such a lovely community here but unfortunately, since Covid-19 hit they have been shielding and some have been unable to see their loved ones, as they are clinically vulnerable.
This has left them very isolated and I have been trying my upmost to keep them upbeat and motivated but with, (dare I say it!), Christmas around the corner, it is likely to be an unusual and unfamiliar one for them.
I would really like to make up a Christmas hamper for each apartment and I am asking for your help if you can…
We have 46 apartments but with some empty, we have 35 apartments that I need to try and make up hampers for.
If you are able to donate, anything no matter how big or small, so I can put together some lovely festive hampers then that would be amazing!
I know they would be very grateful for the kind hearted gestures and I will make a list of all the people that have donated, so they can see where all there lovely gifts have come from.
As this is likely to be a Christmas like no other for them and they have already had the most isolating and depressive year I hope that these Christmas hampers may spread them a little joy and let them know that there are people that do care and are thinking about them at this time.
