Run Media City 10k

I am raising money for a charitable cause that is very important to me so please donate and help me reach my target in aid of Teenage Cancer Trust. Anything you can contribute towards helping me achieve my target will be massively appreciated.

I plan on using this a basis for training to then step up the challenge four fold to run the london marathon in October. This is coming from someons who hates running. So if you really want to punish me whilst helping a good cause that would be greatly appreciated.
