Cheselbourne Challengers are children from Cheselbourne Village School who have chosen to set themselves a new goal between the two May Bank holiday weekends to raise money for their school and Youth Cancer Trust based in neighbouring Dewlish village. Collectively the children are trying to raise £500.
Wilf is challenging himself to cycle at least 50km over the 24 days of the challenge, which is an average of over 2km every day. He will use the bike computer he had for Christmas to keep accurate track of his progress. He will clock up the distance by cycling close to home and try and get the rest of the family out on their bikes for some longer rides on the heath tracks.
Daisy is challenging herself to learn how to roller skate so she can skate 1 mile on the promenade from the Sealife Centre to Oasis café for an ice cream by the end of the challenge period.
Please consider supporting them with a donation as they work hard to succeed at their challenges!
