I’ve been in the vehicle recovering business for many years. And noticed the amount of customers waiting excess of 4-8 hours just for a flat battery.
I’ve seen many jobs get cancelled because of the waiting time.
A lot of policy holders drive to Europe and don’t get covered.
They brake down and end up leaving their vehicle there and it costs the clubs thousands of pounds to get them recovered back.
I believe we can get to every customer and part of the UK and Europe on time and never allow a cancellation.
The pain and stress customers go through when they’ve broken down is upsetting. We must ensure to get to them as soon as possible and always try to resolve the problem.
