Next week is Mental Health Awareness Week, and The Mental Health Foundation are launching a new challenge this May, to get you moving and feeling good, with the theme this year being kindness. The challenge is a 30 Minutes Movement Challenge and is all about being kind to yourself by taking some time out each day for you.

5 York Fitness Instructors have got together to offer some free fitness and relaxation sessions throughout the week via facebook lives.

We are raising money for an incredible local charitable cause, so please donate and help me reach my target in aid of York Mind (incorporating Our Celebration) Ltd. Anything you can contribute towards helping me achieve my target will be massively appreciated.
