A group of cyclists are planning to cycle around the IOW to raise awareness and much-needed funding for these two charities that are fundamental to the community.

On 19th July 24 starting in East Cowes, they will take on a route that circumnavigates the island taking in the full stunning beauty of this majestic, yet deceptively rugged, island. As the route heads inland, they'll face several climbs as they cross the central downs of the island before heading back to the coast for stunning views across the cliffs.
• Covering a distance of over 100km (105km in total).
• Completing an entire loop of the island.
• Ascending over 1400m across the whole route.
