Who we are
Cat Chat is a web-based charity, sourcing new, loving homes for thousands of rescued cats each year from shelters and rehoming groups across the UK and Ireland. Cat Chat is often referred to by shelters as their 'rehoming lifeline'.
We are particularly committed to finding homes for long-stay and hard-to-home cats.
What We Do
Our on-line homing services are given free of charge to rescue groups, large and small, from the numerous independent rescue centres and rehoming groups to branches of the larger organisations.
Cat Chat also assists the public in matters relating to cat rescue and rehoming, via our team of experienced advisers, and our on-line information pages.
Our website features cats needing homes across the UK & Ireland, plus a dedicated section for 'overlooked' cats. We also operate the most comprehensive online database of cat rescue & rehoming centres.
