Careers-Action was established by job seekers to combine their best practice, knowledge, and expertise to help others facing or experiencing unemployment.
Since 2011 over 100 experts have volunteered their services to enable Careers-Action to create a comprehensive "outplacement" style FREE job search training programme.
Operating on a face-to-face basis in Milton Keynes over 1,000 job seeking managers, business professionals and recently qualified graduates have used Careers-Action services to secure employment or started their own business. In response to the pandemic, the charity is now providing its services online to help others to benefit from its unique services.
The charity operates on a 100% volunteer basis and relies upon donations to meet operating and online service costs.
