Career expansion to support foster care

Aim: To provide additional income to support with foster care. I am looking to do foster care full time but need a secondary project to help

I am a foster carer as my main role, to support me with being able to dedicate my time to this I have been running a hot tub and bouncy castle hire business on a small scale. As time has gone on this has been a business market that has become saturated. To allow me to continue to support as many children as possible through foster care (currently 6500 placements needed across the UK), I am looking to diversify in to carpet cleaning, patio and gutter cleaning. This would allow me to increase the range of services I offer and continue to work around the children I care for and their needs with family time contact and court schedules, booking in appointments for work to ensure my finances are secure to provide the safe environment for the children to develop and grow. Unfortunately foster care is a time consuming in role for little money, which does not allow a carer to not work along with the meeting the needs of a carer. This project will allow me to continue to offer a safe space for children in care for many years to come.

As part of this project I wish to expand and pass on my experience and also be able to donate profits from this project to new and small businesses on here going forward to provide the same opportunities I have received.
