Support Calum’s Expedition to Ecuador!
Hi, I’m Calum Jamison, a 13-year-old with a passion for making a difference. I’m raising £5,456 to join an expedition to Ecuador with Camps International, where I’ll contribute to vital environmental and community projects that align with UN climate and sustainability goals.
What I will be doing.
In Ecuador, I’ll work with local communities to combat deforestation in the Amazon rainforest by collecting and planting saplings. I’ll also help improve village infrastructure by building toilets, sanitation facilities, and community centers, all while supporting the maintenance of local schools.
To raise funds, I’m seeking sponsorship, selling homemade crafts and treats, offering services like car washes and data entry for businesses, and doing chores in exchange for donations.
Why am I doing this?
This isn’t just about helping others; it’s also a journey of personal growth. The expedition includes a trek across the stunning 3 peaks around Lake Mojanda, offering incredible views and a chance to push myself physically and mentally.
This opportunity means the world to me, and I believe it will help me develop resilience, teamwork, and a global perspective while making a lasting impact.
Your support can help turn this dream into reality. Every donation, no matter the size, brings me closer to achieving my goal and creating positive change.
Please donate today to help me make a difference!
