Terms and Conditions for the Cairns Counselling Crowdfunder Prize Draw

1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Cairns Counselling, registered charity number SC023108, with its registered office at Migvie House, 23 North Silver Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1RJ.

2. Eligibility

• Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

• Entrants must be residents of Great Britain.

3. How to Enter

• Entry to the prize draw is made via the Crowdfunder platform.

• Each entry costs £5.

• Participants may enter as many times as they wish. Each £5 donation will count as one entry into the draw.

4. Closing Date

• The prize draw closes at 12pm on 10th December 2024. Entries received after this time will not be included.

5. Prize

• The prize is a 2024/2025 Aberdeen Football Club squad-signed shirt.

• No cash or alternative prizes will be offered.

6. Winner Selection

• The winner will be drawn at random using an impartial method after the closing date.

• Winners will be notified via the contact details provided when entering the draw.

7. Personal Data

• Personal data provided by entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the prize draw, including contacting the winner.

• Personal data will be handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Cairns Counselling’s privacy policy, which can be viewed at https://cairnscounselling.org.uk/privacy-policy/

• All personal data will be securely deleted after the prize draw is concluded and the prize is delivered, unless explicit consent is given for further communication.

8. General

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• Cairns Counselling reserves the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw if circumstances make this unavoidable.

• Any decision made by Cairns Counselling regarding the prize draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
