THANK YOU ALL !!

On behalf of the fishermen and the Trust we want to thank you all sincerely for your kind donations which has meant the world to us all.

Thanks to you, we can now purchase the buildings and the fishermen can look forward to the future with great hope and confidence.

They now know that their on-shore place of work is no longer under threat, and will be preserved for them and future generations.

They can now say to the younger generation that there is a future in fishing from Cadgwith Cove.   The buildings are all set out for them to make a great start on the fishing career and they can go forward with confidence, fishing from Cadgwith.

It really makes a big difference to all the fishermen, who can continue their way of life, and pass it on to their children.

Although the Crowdfunder campaign has ended, we will still be keeping you all updated as to progess as we purchase the buildings, and then refurbish them.   This will take many months (or years) but we will keep you posted with updates as milestones are reached.

We will also be posting news on our Facebook and Twitter accounts.

We are still accepting donations for the huge refurbishment that lies before us.  If you wish to make any further donations, payments can be made direct into the Trust's bank account via BACS and by cheque.   Please reply to this email if you need further details, or email direct:  [email protected]

Finally, our online auction is gearing up for the big sale in aid of our Trust starting at 5pm on Friday 16th April 5pm and ending at 7pm on Saturday 17th April at www.davidlay.co.uk.   We have some astounding Cadgwith related items for sale that have been so generously donated. Quite a few items have already been featured on our Facebook page if you wish to browse through them.   The full catalogue will be available to browse on the auction website soon.

Thank you once again for your interest, support and your much appreciated contribution.
