Building Frimley's Bigger Future

Help us build our bigger future now! Every penny counts as we start work on our ambitious new renovation and extension project.

Our current building is now unfit for purpose and we are find we are precluding people from accessing the fantastic activities and opportunities we provide for adults with learning disabilities. We feel its no longer acceptable to stop people from accessing the valuable support we provide to us simply because they have higher needs. We would like to support as many people as we can. 

Our new building project involves adapting our existing building to provide accessible and safe facilities for all in our community. 

A brand new performing arts studio purpose built for rehearsing and hosting performances will be sited in our garden and will be accessed by a bridged walkway to our existing building. Our existing building will now be home to a brand new visual arts suite, changing places toilet facilities, multi sensory classroom with lift access to a training kitchen, vital for promoting independence and life skills to our clients.

The total build cost is around £1.4M. We are proud to say that we have fund-raised every penny so far, but we still need around £450,000 to complete the project!

This project will not only benefit our members and the valuable support we provide in our day services, but will provide a safe accessible community space in which to hold social events, fundraising activities, well-being sessions and much more. Our performing arts suite will be used by other like minded community organisations, benefiting so many more people that we can at present.
