On august 1st I will be running from Bristol to bath, via the Bristol and bath railway path, (42k) .I am going to start the run at 10am. If anyone is interested in tagging along, you are more than welcome.
I am raising money for CALM, due to the fact that 125 lives are lost every week to suicide. And 75% of all UK suicides are male. Mental health is a topic which is usually swept under the rug and I feel like it needs more attention.
