I'm Abby, the founder of Yantra Studio, an Independent Studio in the heart of Historic Norwich. Yantra is more than a wellness studio — it’s a community. And now, we're ready to grow together 🌿💛 With your help, the dream of expansion can become a reality!

I want to create a brand-new Reformer Pilates studio and massage treatment room right above our current yoga sanctuary — and with your support, this next step becomes a reality.

Last year, I poured my heart (and life savings!) into building Yantra — a peaceful space to move, breathe, and connect. Now, it’s time to evolve and offer even more to YOU:

✨ Reformer Pilates — small group classes (only 4 per session!) led by expert teachers (James & Jane to start with, expanding as we grow!)
✨ Massage therapy — a tranquil treatment room with amazing local practitioners
✨ 1-to-1 Reformer, Yoga + Pilates sessions for deep, personalised care
✨ Chair Yoga/Pilates options to support all levels of mobility
✨ Yoga therapy with Marie Williams for tailored healing support

This expansion isn’t just about adding space — it’s about deepening your wellness journey. More strength. More restoration. More community. 💫

💫 Why Reformer Pilates? Reformer Pilates is more than just movement — it’s strength, mobility, and balance from the inside out. It’s designed for everybody, whether you're recovering from injury, improving posture, or enhancing overall strength and flexibility. This is the perfect complement to yoga and an incredible way to care for your body long-term. Our plan is to offer contemporary Reformer style with a focus on rehabilitation from injury and, working with older people.
