Expand the team and help more new clients in their journey out of debt,

We currently have 3 debt coaches ( 2 full-time employed and 1 volunteer) who, using the Christians Against Poverty model, can see 6 new clients a month. We currently have 50 existing clients. We have already seen 22 people become debt-free this year so far but we would love to see more.
With your help, we can increase the stipend to CAP so we can increase our staff time and our coaches can see more clients , ultimately helping more people in their journey out of debt.
We also have a vision to draw more clients into their own community to provide peer group support , helping our clients to feel more connected and less alone in their struggles. We also want to expand our support beyond debt and emergency food provision and provide a holistic and sustainable solution to getting out of debt and back into financial freedom, providing essential life skills in communication , teamwork and practical skills to enable our clients to get back into the world of work.
