In February I am running the Brighton half marathon, for BEAT.
It is probably no secret to anybody that knew me well during 2016-2017 time period that I had huge issues in regards to my weight, relationship with food, and mental health.
The start of 2020, I weighed nearly 6 stone more than I did in early 2017, and was still a healthy weight.
Eating Disorders kill. They take lives. They are also not spoken about as much as they should be. They are mentally draining, permanently damaging, and romanticised.
I hope by running the half marathon I will have raised both money and awareness for BEAT and the work that they do.
Any donations would mean the world to me. I have a lot to thank this charity for x
