Brave the shave for mental health

Hello everyone. So I’ve decided during these difficult times to make some sort of contribution to mental health services. Those of you that know me know that I have suffered with my own mental health for a while. I am however one of the lucky ones who has support and that is crucial. During these unprecedented times those of you who do have mental health issues may find it harder than usual, you’re not alone in this. Please if you need to seek help then do so. This is NOT a sign of weakness but one of strength. So I have decided after much consideration that I will be shaving my hair for charity and with every penny going to Mind I would like to ask you support me in this and give if you can. Thank you.
