Aim: Raising funds for touring and to buy a van!
Growing as an artist comes at a huge cost. Hiring vans, paying for flights, booking hotels, the time off work and on the road, paying for recording studios, artwork and music videos stack up very quickly! Recently I had expenses of over a grand to play Bel-AOR festival in Belfast, the promotor added me to the lineup less than two months before the show date as a last minute addition, allowing me to book my flights and accommodating knowing that he wasn’t going to be able to afford to pay it due to poor ticket sales and now the festival is over he has put the Fest company into liquidation and isn’t paying any of the bands, this means I’m unable to cover the costs of a music video I just shot and puts me in a precarious position for booking what I need to for future tours.
I’d like to ask my supporters if they’re able to donate to help me recoup these losses and to be get on the road with a van so I l’ll be able to have financial stability as a new artist. I’m asking for 15k to purchase a van as the cost of constant hiring is unsustainable currently.
