Hello and welcome :)
For anyone that doesn't know me, my name is Sophie Bernice and I'm a singer/songwriter creating ethereal indie-folk music inspired by the likes of Joni Mitchell, Adrianne Lenker, Sufjan Stevens etc.
I'm so happy to share that I'm currently in the process of creating my debut full length album, ‘Blue, blue, blue’, and I couldn't possibly be more excited to share these new songs with you :)
I have made a good start on this project but I still have a way to go. I am asking for support in this process, so that my vision can continue to bloom into fruition to my highest possible standard. This album is certainly varied and adventurous for me, but with my folky roots still running through, with themes of earthly joys, freedom, heartbreak, sadness and self growth. I am pouring all of my love into this, with the intention to create something that people can relate to and feel comforted by in their times of joy, sadness and all the shades of gray in between. I hope it can help you to feel something, and that in itself can be a freedom :)

Releasing music is an expensive process, it is difficult to raise the funds alone to create this. So if you have ever connected to my music in some way, and if you are able to support this project, then it would absolutely mean the world to me. Donations in any amount will be so appreciated. £5+ donation will preorder you an MP3 digital download that you will receive when the album is released.
£10+ donation will pre-order you a CD of the album, plus an MP3 digital download, that you will receive when the album is released
£35+ donation and you will receive the above, plus a custom made video covering any song of your choice.
£250+ will preorder you the CD and MP3 downloads, plus you'll receive a private concert for 1hr. (if you live somewhat locally to Liverpool/Ormskirk, please first let me know your address as I may have to factor in some travel costs if you live further)
(*please note for the album pre-orders, I am not yet sure of a release date, but the goal is some time this year/ early next year.)
