Promoter & Benefactor

• The promoter of this prize draw is Alison Self, 3 Barons Way, Reigate, RH2 8EU.
• The benefactor of this prize draw is Swim Takya, 48 The Causeway, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 3DD. Registered charity number: 1176079  

Eligibility

• The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter or the Benefactor and their immediate families, as well as anyone connected with the draw, are not eligible to enter.

Entry Method

• To enter, participants can purchase prize draw entries via this Crowdfunder campaign. Entrants may enter as many times as they like.
• Free entry is also available by post. See the prize draw page for the free entry postal address. Further details about the free entry route rules are below.

Dates

• The prize draw is open from 1st March 2025 to midnight on 28th March 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be be counted.

Prize Details

• The prize is the hand crocheted blanket made by the promoter, and is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
• There is only 1 prize available.

Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
• The draw will take place on 29th March, and the winner will be notified within 4 days of the draw taking place. 
• The winner must claim their prize by responding to the email sent within 7 days of being notified. Failure to claim the prize in time will result in another winner being drawn.
• The winner will be announced publicly via the Crowdfunder project page within 14 days of the close date and also on my Facebook and Instagram accounts. Further details about publicity are below.

Personal Data

• Any personal data collected for the purpose of this prize draw will be used solely for administering the draw and contacting the winner.
• The data will be handled in accordance with UK data protection legislation and will not be shared with third parties without the entrant's consent.

Free Entry

• Free entry to the prize draw is available by post, and full details on how to enter for free are clearly displayed on the Crowdfunder project page.
• To enter by post, entrants must send their full name, contact details including email address, and the name of the prize draw on a postcard or in an envelope with correctly paid postage.
• Entries must be sent via post and will not be accepted if delivered by hand.
• Entries with insufficient or incorrect postage will be void.
• Only one entry is permitted per envelope or postcard. Multiple entries within a single envelope will be disqualified.
• Free postal entries will be given an equal chance of winning as paid entries.

Publicity

• By entering, winners agree to allow the promoter and/or benefactor to use their name and image for publicity purposes, unless they request anonymity at the time of claiming the prize.

Disclaimers and Amendments

• The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize draw if circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable. Any changes will be communicated on the Crowdfunder project page.
• Crowdfunder is not the promoter of this prize draw and is not liable for the content or operation of this prize draw.
