Funds to be used to help pay for accommodation for homeless veterans, clothes, food and basic amenities for those in need and a listening ear for those who need it
Listen to their stories and not just pay lip service for social media fame or likes.
None of the veterans in need will have a camera shoved in their face. None of the interactions will be recorded and plastered over social media.
As a veteran I am proud, bitter but proud and asking for help is a huge deal. Publicising vulnerability is a huge deal that many veterans would rather go hungry, or live cold on the streets than do.
Each veteran is deserving of help and dignity.
Stories will be published with pseudonyms to protect those involved to evidence how the funds have supported those in need.
