We are a care farm offering therapeutic placements, farm-based activities, and work experience for individuals or groups. Our farm provides a supportive, hands-on environment where students can learn new skills, connect with nature, and build confidence outside the traditional classroom setting.
We specialise in working with individuals and small groups, including those with learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, SEND, and mental health challenges, tailoring each visit to their needs. Our bespoke sessions range from one-hour experiences to full-day visits, ensuring a flexible and meaningful experience for every participant.
We provide hands-on farm activities that encourage engagement and skill-building. Our work experience opportunities help individuals develop confidence and independence, while our small group or individual sessions are tailored to meet each student’s unique needs.
We have found the costs to attend can be a barrier for some individuals, particularly those facing financial or personal challenges. We are committed to making our project as accessible as possible. By securing funding to provide funds for placements, we can remove this barrier and ensure that everyone can fully engage in our activities without worry so we can become a truly inclusive and supportive project.
