As an international foundation, we support initiatives, generate ideas, and build partnerships that purposefully use sport and physical activity to do something greater. We have been supporting impactful projects, building platforms for change, and amplifying sport with intention around the world for more than a decade, all grounded in partnership and collaboration.

Beyond Sport believes when used with intention, sport provides innovative and effective solutions to the most complex issues of our time. It is a powerful and unique tool that can bridge divides and foster a more inclusive, peaceful and prosperous society.
Employing a holistic approach, our programs leverage a global network of sport for social change innovators, progressive organizations and expertise built up over more than a decade to tackle challenges head on and collectively. We go beyond traditional grant-giving models by not just funding projects, but also providing knowledge-building tools and connections to help organizations grow.
Since 2008, Beyond Sport has provided over $9.5M in grants to 384 initiatives across 75 countries in addition to in-depth capacity-building support.
