Bexhill Men's Shed was started about 18 months ago and has grown rapidly. We now have over 90 members, including a ladies section and college students.
We are open four days a week and have outgrown our premises. We are raising funds to move to new larger premises and help with the fit out.
Whilst members can, and do, bring in their own projects to complete we do many for the wider community, We have built Mud Kitchens and Water Wall for a primary school and refurbished historical benches for the sea front.
The Men's Shed organisation started as a place for retired, and often single men, to meet, talk, and make things. In Bexhill we have moved beyond that and would appreciate your support to help us continue to grow.
